The greatest living clown, Cirque du Soleil director and Tony winner, David Shiner is coming to Zagreb!
Triko Cirkus Teatrom, together with Teatro Exit and independent artist Ivan Đuričić, brings Shiner, who directs and stars in the original play Komik Motion.
Through a series of seemingly unrelated situations with numerous different characters, Shiner and his clowns will make you laugh until you cry. They will also make you accept that we are all human beings who make mistakes and that life is more beautiful if you don’t take yourself too seriously.
This slapstick comedy can be enjoyed by everyone, there is no language barrier because the play is non-verbal, and the main character is a theater clown. Forget those clowns that come with burgers. Leave the prejudice that clowns are only for children at the door!
The show was created by clowning in difficult times, and also contains scenes by David Shiner that were an integral part of Cirque du Soleil and Shiner’s Broadway shows, toured the world’s stages and earned some of the greatest theater awards, including the prestigious Broadway Tony Award.
Come laugh, relax and let Shiner and his clowns take over. A touch of Broadway in Zagreb!
