Class of 2026

This year, we are enrolling 6 interested candidates in a year-long educational program consisting of three introductory weekend workshops (clown theatre, juggling, and aerial acrobatics), two master workshops (clown theatre and aerial acrobatics), and a series of four lectures in the first part of the year (the first semester). In the second semester, after the summer break, participants will work with mentors on an act related to the discipline they have chosen.

The project will conclude with a public performance.

This year’s class is open to young people aged 18 to 28 who show an interest in pursuing circus performing arts professionally. Prior circus experience is not required; motivation and a strong desire to work and learn are essential. Circus skills demand a great deal of discipline, self-sacrifice, and commitment, and the process can often be physically very demanding, and sometimes even painful.
