TOUR DE MONDE or How to Travel the World
We often wish for so many things, but we stop ourselves the moment we think, “Oh, that’s impossible”… In this performance, the word “impossible” is not used — just like almost any other word… Except for greetings… Because words often separate us, while actions speak the truth, however we may understand it.
The traveling girl is the protagonist of this story. She eagerly sets off on a journey around the world, despite her fears and clumsiness. Along the way, she meets various inhabitants of our planet who may be physically different from her, but are the same at heart: longing for love, happiness, adventure, friendship, and peace.
She greets in the language of her hosts and respects them with the heart of a curious guest!
The performance TOUR DE MONDE or How to Travel the World introduces both young and old to the diversity of the world we live in, awakens the adventurer within us, teaches us that friendship among differences is possible, and encourages us to follow our dreams…
And all of that without words — through plenty of music, play, and interaction.
Because everything is possible — you never know!
